We've arrived at the monestary yesterday, in the afternoon - it feels like coming home... the first thing that happened was that I met the monk that instructed me in some of the buddhist customs last year...
Just been to the morning Mantra-meditation in the monestary, it was very cold...
Today is the first day where breathing becomes a little difficult for me. It's open how things go on from here, at which pace we move on, and up to which location we can go. My father is feeling fine again, now it's me who feels a little weak... we'll see...
I might be offline during the next 8 to 10 days...
